Gifted NEX Spotlight on Practice Day
Spotlight on Practice Day gives busy teachers and school leaders a quick shot of ideas and inspiration, keeping you up-to-date with what’s happening and giving you practical tools to implement straight away with your gifted and neurodiverse learners.
This year, we are placing a particular focus on hearing the voices of our young people, and are delighted to have the Young Neurodiversity Champions on board to share their experience and ideas. You can learn more about them here.
Topics this year range from how you can “notice, recognise and support” neurodiverse and gifted learners in your own classroom, grow your own skills with Ministry of Education Awards, and help lead change towards a more inclusive education system for neurodiverse learners at your school, Kahui Ako, and nationally.
Our timetable is below, with new speakers being added over the next few weeks. Stay all day or dip in as you can - it will be an inspiring and ideas-filled day! It’s FREE for Gifted NEX members.
Zoom details will be provided on registration.
